Personal Data We Collect

We may process names, Email, Mobile Phone, city, place and date of birth, emergency contacts, KTP, NPWP when provided, bank information, account and authentication data, and system activity records.

Purpose and Basis of Processing

Data is used to verify and assess registrations, approve or reject applications, create and manage Account Executive accounts, communicate about registrations, administer partnerships, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and Access

Identity documents and bank information are stored privately. Access is limited to Management, Admin, or Supervisor personnel with an operational need, and legally appointed infrastructure providers or data processors where required.

Disclosure Restrictions

Personal Data is not sold, used for marketing without separate consent, or disclosed to another party without a lawful basis for processing.

Retention Period

Registration data, KTP or NPWP, bank information, emergency contacts, and account data are retained only as long as needed for processing purposes and legal obligations. Documents are deleted through a controlled process after the retention period and relevant approval.

Your Personal Data Rights

You may request information, access, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or destruction where applicable, and submit a complaint.

Withdrawal of Consent

Personal Data requests may be submitted through Ascatech's Personal Data Protection contact. We record the request, verify the requester, review retention and legal obligations, and have Management record the outcome and completion date.

Security and Policy Changes

We use access restrictions, sensitive-data access audits, and private storage to reduce the risk of leaks or misuse. Material changes are published as a new version with an effective date.
